Armine Abramyan

Co-Founder, Partner

Armine is a co-founder of ExecAdvisors Co., where she oversees financial operations, offers banking and financial consultation, and leads strategic business development initiatives.

With extensive experience in the banking sector, Armine served as Vice President at City National Bank in Entertainment Banking and worked in the Consumer and Small Business Banking divisions at Bank of America. There, she managed financial assets for established clients and enterprises, with a focus on the technology and entertainment industries.

In addition to her role at ExecAdvisors Co., Armine had served as Vice President for SVDT.Club, an organization founded by Stanford LEAD alumni, where she provided strategic consulting to early-stage companies.

Armine holds a B.A. from Moscow State Pedagogical University and has completed an executive education program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Suneet Singh

Managing Director

Suneet is a managing director and co-founder of ExecAdvisors and leads the firm’s initiatives around investment banking advisory services, including cross-border M&A, structured capital raises and liability management solutions. As an investment banker, Suneet has closed over $3b in transaction value across the full spectrum of transaction types and industries. Select transactions include the sale of OneLink to Webhelp, Knoah Solutions to 24/7 Intouch,the structured capital raise for Fabletics led by Oaktree, the debt raise for Restoration Hardware led by Apollo and the restructuring of Erickson Aircrane.

Prior to starting ExecAdvisors, Suneet was a Director at Rothschild & Co’s Technology M&A practice, serving clients in the Tech-Enabled Services, BPO, CCaaS and Consumer Tech industries. Prior to Rothschild, Suneet was a Vice President at Imperial Capital and an Investment Analyst at Caveat Emptor Capital. 

Suneet holds an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business, B.S. degree from Santa Clara University and is a member of FINRA with Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.

Lee Bouskila

Lee is a founder of Wytetail, a consulting firm that offers Interim CFO, accounting, FP&A and financial modelling services for both large and small clients.

Lee is former C-level finance executive and Big 4 CPA with over 18 years of financial, operational and accounting experience in leadership roles on 3 different continents. Exposure with operations spanning several industries, including Software & SaaS, Cyber Intelligence Solutions, Enterprise and Government Communications, Manufacturing, Advertising & Ad-Tech, Insurance, and Semiconductor manufacturing.

Prior to serving as a finance leader in industry roles, Lee was an Auditor with Deloitte and served several Public, Private, and Venture Capital-backed companies in the Silicon Valley as well as in Tel Aviv, Israel. 

Soham Sutaria

With over 10 years of consulting for both the largest companies and fastest growing startups, Soham started Sparq Consulting with the idea to provide a more personalized and integrated consulting service.  He has worked with large organizations such as Deloitte and KKR as well as started two previous startups. 

Sparq helps clients with business plan consulting, fundraising, growth strategies, website development, project and program management, market research and strategy consulting.

Over the last 3 years Sparq has helped over 90 clients, helping startup clients raise over $100 million and enterprise clients have included leading private equity and fortune 1000 firms.
